Studio has designed and built housing blocks as a part of AO "Mospromproekt". The residential complex is located in Moscow in the Central Administrative District, Presnensky district, 200 meters from the metro station " ulitsa 1905 goda" and 100 meters from the Gothic Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. It was built on the site of the Krasnaya Presnya factory. It has variable altitude from seven to fourteen floors. Total number of apartments is 662, parking spaces 481. The object was awarded the Architectural Board Award link to the site
